Born July 9th, 1986, Sean Nash Powers grew up as the youngest of five children — a position in the family that, by all accounts, shaped the competitive spirit and determination that would come to define his remarkable career.
Sean’s formative years were spent at Marmion Academy, a prestigious all-boys preparatory school in Aurora, Illinois. There, he committed four years to the varsity soccer program, honing not only his athletic abilities but also the discipline and teamwork that would serve him throughout his life. His connection to Marmion ran so deep that even after earning his college degree, he returned to the Academy as Assistant Coach to the Varsity Soccer team — giving back to the program that had helped shape him.
